Properties

  • Keep information of customers/patients/clients, even very specific custom information (like medical information).
  • Generate documents (requires Microsoft Word).
  • Plan appointments in the agenda and generate invoices for these appointments.
  • Multiple users at once can access the same agenda and other information over the netwerk or Internet.
  • Reminder documents can be generated which include all the unpaid invoices.
  • E-mail any document, even invoices and reminders (requires Microsoft Word 2003 of greater).
  • Send e-mail newsletters / mailinglists (requires Microsoft Word 2003 of greater).
  • Export all data (including invoice-data) to CSV-files. These can then be used by Microsoft Excel for further processing.
